Dear Parents,

We are excited to announce the expansion of the Middle School Travel Program. Here is a sneak peak of the opportunities that will be available for Summer 2013.

Washington DC/Williamsburg

• Tentative Dates: June 2 - 6, 2013
• Eligibility: Current 5^th Grade
• Itinerary set through the Close Up Program (www.closeup.org)
• Parent Meeting: Thursday, November 8^th at 8:30am on the South Campus
• Applications Due: November 15, 2012
• Decisions Mailed: December 14, 2012
  

Costa Rica

• Tentative Dates: May 26 - June 8, 2013
• Eligibility: Current 7^th Grade
• Students visit Monteverde, Arenal Volcano area, and Flamingo Beach. They live with host families in groups of 2-3 students and take 4 hours of conversational Spanish class each day. They also participate in various daily cultural excursions.
• Parent Meeting: Thursday, August 30^th at 7:00pm in the Hogan Board Room
• Applications Due: September 6, 2012
• Decisions Mailed: September 21, 2012
  

Barcelona/Provence/Nice/Florence/Rome

• Tentative Dates: July 9-July 19, 2013
• Eligibility: Current 6^th or 7^th Grade
• Itinerary set through ACIS Tours (www.acis.com) See Via Aurelia Tour
• Parent Meeting: Thursday, August 30^th at 6:00pm in the Hogan Board Room
• Applications Due: September 6, 2012
• Decisions Mailed: September 21, 2012
