Ten St. Francis choir members perform at Region 27 Concert
Of the 48 St. Francis students who participated in this past weekend’s Houston TMEA Region 27 JH/Middle School Choir auditions, 10 were selected to perform at the Region 27 Concert on Saturday, Feb. 20. Sponsored by the University Interscholastic League (UIL) and the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA), the event draws seventh and eighth graders from both public and private schools in the Houston area. Region 27 is one of the largest regions in the city, and this audition comprised approximately 1,500 middle school students.
